United States
- We currently offer free domestic ground shipping for all of our products in the continental US. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a ground shipping order to be delivered.
Rest of the World
- We also offer global shipping at various rates depending on destinations and transit times. Please add the items you to the cart and view detailed rates at check-out.
If you did not receive the item after the tracking is marked "delivered" by the currier, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days. For other questions regarding order shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@pjcollection.net.
Return & Exchanges
Returns
- We offer 30-day hassle-free return and refund on all products purchased directly from PJ Collection.
- If you want to request a return, please email us at support@pjcollection.net with your name, email address for your order, shipping address, and the product you would like to return. Our team will be more than happy to help you!
Exchanges
- If you want to exchange your order for a different color, our team would love to help you out. Please email us at support@pjcollection.net and our dedicated customer support team will assist you with the exchange.
All product returns/exchanges must be shipped back in their original packaging and must be sent within 15 days after a refund/exchange request is submitted. Only one return or exchange action can be taken per order. The refund will be sent back through the original payment method.
